The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) has released the commemorative stamp and official first day cover featuring Gen. Gregorio “Goyo” Del Pilar at the Marcelo H. Del Pilar Museum, San Nicolas, Bulakan on 25 June 2026.

The said release coincided with the 128th Anniversary of Bulacan Liberation, and part of the month-long celebration of the 128th Anniversary of Philippine Independence.

According to PHLPost Postmaster General and CEO Maximo C. Sta. Maria III, by featuring the remarkable young general, PHLPosthonors his invaluable contributions to the Filipino struggle for freedom and commemorates the 150th anniversary of his birth.

Maria said.

Meanwhile, Governor Daniel R. Fernando’s representative Crispin de Luna said that the launching of Goyo’s commemorative stamp and official first day cover is an important step to preserve and spread the stories of Philippine heroes.

Moreover, Rose Del Pilar expressed how thankful and proud they are that they are descendants of the Hero of Tirad Pass.

In addition, the Provincial History, Arts, Culture, and Tourism Office (PHACTO) launched the Pass-yal Bayani: Bulacan Pamana Pass.

After the Pamana Pass for heritage structures and museums in Bulacan, the new edition focuses on historical sites related to the life, service, and heroism of the young general which covers the towns of San Miguel, San Rafael, Plaridel, Calumpit, Pandi, Malolos, Paombong, and Bulacan.
