Newly crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2026 Gwendoline Meliz Frias Soriano of Baguio City said she hopes to use her title to inspire others to pursue their dreams with faith and purpose.
During the question-and-answer portion of the pageant, Soriano was asked what kind of future she envisions for herself and how winning the Binibining Pilipinas crown would help her achieve it.
Responding as Binibini 12, Soriano said her ambition is to become "an aspirational leader" who encourages people to believe in the beauty of their dreams and pursue them with confidence.
She said she hopes to use the crown as a platform to uplift others, adding that her journey was made possible through God's grace rather than her own strength, beauty, or abilities.
For Soriano, the title is more than a recognition of achievement—it is an opportunity to inspire hope, lead with compassion, and serve with purpose.
She added that she hopes to be remembered as a woman with "a big faith and a big heart," leaving a legacy defined by service, sincerity, and compassion.
