Heart Evangelista has revealed that she recently underwent hospitalization, describing the experience as one of the most difficult moments of her life and a powerful reminder to prioritize health above everything else.

In a series of Instagram Stories, the actress and television host shared that she has already returned home after receiving medical care. Posting a photo showing bruises on her arm, Heart expressed heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and nurses who looked after her during her stay.

“Thank you Lord I’m home and out of the woods,” she wrote, while thanking the medical team for their patience and compassion, especially during moments when she struggled to communicate because of her condition.

Although Heart chose not to disclose the exact illness that led to her hospitalization, she offered a reassuring update, revealing that her kidneys are “happy again,” signaling that her condition has significantly improved.

The fashion icon also thanked friends who checked on her throughout her recovery by sending flowers, thoughtful messages, and comforting meals. She gave special mention to John Prats for sending her warm soup during her recovery.

Beyond the physical healing, Heart said the experience brought an important shift in perspective. She reflected on the dangers of constantly seeking validation from others and vowed to focus instead on pursuing goals that genuinely bring her happiness and fulfillment.
