What could have been a challenging second night for Yeng Constantino’s Biyaheng Bente concert instead became a memorable display of loyalty from the singer’s longtime supporters.

Concert director John Prats revealed that the team had already prepared themselves for the possibility of seeing fewer people at the venue as heavy rains threatened to disrupt Day 2 of the anniversary show.

The weather, however, proved no match for the determination of Constantino’s fans.

Despite the difficult conditions, supporters still made their way to the concert to celebrate a major milestone in the singer-songwriter’s career. Their presence became an emotional moment for Prats, who witnessed firsthand how deeply Constantino’s music has connected with her audience through the years.

“Actually, to be honest, medyo nag-e-expect kami talaga na maraming hindi makakapunta,” Prats admitted.

Instead, he was overwhelmed by the effort fans made simply to be part of the occasion.

“Nakakatuwa at nakakataba ng puso talaga na they tried their best to be here and celebrate the concert,” he added.

For Prats, the evening represented something bigger than filling seats. The turnout reflected a relationship between Constantino and her followers that has grown alongside her career.

He also pointed out that the celebration was not solely about Constantino reaching two decades in the industry. It was equally a milestone for the “Yengsters” who have supported her music throughout those years.
