Police arrested a 35-year-old man wanted for sexual assault during a warrant service operation in Las Piñas City on Tuesday morning.
The suspect, identified only by the alias "George," was arrested at around 10:45 a.m. in Barangay Pamplona 3 by personnel from the Las Piñas City Police Station's Warrant and Subpoena Section and the Pamplona Sub-Station.
The arrest was carried out by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Mildred Jacinto Marquez of the Las Piñas City Family Court, Branch 2, with bail recommended at P300,000.
The suspect is now under the custody of the Las Piñas City Police Station pending the issuance of a commitment order by the court.
