The accused is facing two counts of acts of lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(B) of Republic Act No. 7610.
At about 1:30 p.m., personnel of the Station's warrant and subpoena section conducted a manhunt operation and oplan galugad, resulting in the arrest of the 36-year-old accused—identified only by the alias Oy, a resident of Tramo Street, Barangay 46, Pasay City.
The arrest was carried out by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jehan Batua-Sampao Hassiman of Pasay City Family Court Branch 11 for two counts of acts of lasciviousness, with a recommended bail of P180,000 for each count.
