Why Rufa Mae Quinto might be arrested

Comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto might find herself in a quandary just like “Wais na Misis” Neri Naig Miranda.

A report recently surfaced, which claimed that there are four warrants of arrest addressed to her which alleged her involvement in an investment scam by a beauty clinic.

According to police record, the investors of Dermacare beauty clinic also filed a case against Quinto at the Pasay Regional Trial Court.

Quinto is a guest hurado at It’s Showtime a few weeks ago.

In his YouTube vlog, Ogie Diaz asked if it was true that Quinto and Manny Pacquiao have warrants of arrest.

“May nagparating ulit sa amin. Totoo ba ito? Na maging sina Rufa Mae Quinto at People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao ay may warrant of arrest din? (Someone told us. Is this true? That Rufa Mae Quinto and People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao have warrant of arrest?),” Diaz said.

“Tulad ni Neri, endorser din ng Dermacare si Rufa Mae. Si Manny naman ang nakalagay ay franchisee/brand ambassador noong 2022 (Just like Neri, Rufa Mae is also an endorser of Dermacare. Manny was placed as franchisee/brand ambassador in 2022),” Diaz said.

Anthony Jennings confirms breakup with non-showbiz girlfriend

Rumors of Anthony Jennings’ breakup with his non-showbiz girlfriend, Jam Villanueva, are true, after all.

The separation was confirmed by the actor himself after the mediacon for Incognito Friday, 29 November.

In a Tiktok post by Mega Kapamilya, Jennings said that the breakup happened months ago.

“Well, yes, hiwalay na kami. Months ago na rin kaming hiwalay ni Jam. Personal din kasi ‘yung issues namin. Si Jam, hindi naman siya artista, so kini-keep kong pribado, personal, kumbaga (Well, yes, we’re separated. We’re separated months ago. Our issues are personal. Jam, she’s not a celebrity, so I keep it private, personal, so to speak),” Jennings said.

The actor wished that his ex-girlfriend be spared fron intrigues as she’s not part of showbiz.

“Request ko lang rin sa lahat siyempre na wag niyo nang guluhin ‘yung tao, kasi nga hindi naman siya artista, pribado ‘yung buhay niya, (My request to all, of course, don’t mess up the person because she’s not a celebrity, her life is private),” he said.

Jennings clarified that the breakup was not caused by his Incognito co-star Maris Racal

“Magkaibigan lang po kami (ni Maris)(Maris and I were just friends),” he said.

Daniel Padilla feels fulfilled in doing action scenes

For somebody whose TV projects in the past were mostly romantic drama, Daniel Padilla feels wading in untested waters of sort when he was chosen to play a discharged soldier in Incognito.

“Syempre, (of course) it’s very different, pero iba rin ito (but this is different also). Ito kasi ‘yung action na magsimula yung araw mo, adrenalin rush na ‘yun hanggang gabi (This one you will start your day in action, and it’s adrenaline rush until the evening),” Daniel said during the mediacon for the new series.

He feels fulfilled doing his stunts in the series.

“Pagkadating mo sa hotel mo, very fulfilling. Kasi may mga stunts din na hindi madadali, pero ‘pag nagawa namin ‘yun, very fulfilling,” he said. (When you arrive at your hotel, it’s really fulfilling. It’s because there are stunts which are hard to do, but when we’re able to do it, it’s very fulfilling.)

While the experience of dping hardcore action scenes may be new to him, Daniel welcomes this new challenge in his career.

“It’s very different. Syempre it’s still very new for me, pero masaya,” he added.
