Alias "Kulias", No. 10 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Bicol region for carnapping case was arrested by operatives from the Project 6 Police Station (PS 15) of QCPD, Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office and Maragao Municipal Police Station on Wednesday afternoon, 5 August, at the corner of Road 3 and Road 9 in Barangay Project 6 in Quezon City.

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) reported the successful arrest of the No. 10 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Bicol Region in Quezon City on Wednesday afternoon.
Operatives from the Project 6 Police Station (PS 15) of QCPD, Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office and Maragao Municipal Police Station arrested alias "Kulas" at the corner of Road 3 and Road 9 in Barangay Project 6 at around 5 p.m. on 5 August.
The arrested MWP is a 33-year-old resident of Barangay Culiat in Quezon City who has an outstanding Warrant of Arrest for violation of Republic Act No. 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016) issued by Branch 61, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Naga City, Camarines Sur.
Alias “Kulias” has also previous cases for violating illegal Gambling, acts of lasciviousness, qualified theft, and Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Meanwhile, the accused is now under the custody of Project 6 Police Station for documentation and proper disposition as QCPD reported.
