Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has been recognized as a member of the 2026 S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook, highlighting the company’s strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance in the global real estate sector.
The recognition was formally presented during the event “Corporate Risk to Return: The Business Case for Sustainability: Insights on Nature, Supply Chains and Long-Term Value Creation,” organized by S&P Global in partnership with the Philippine Stock Exchange Inc.
Sustainability Yearbook certificate
Ayala Land received its Sustainability Yearbook certificate from Michael Taschner, global head of Sustainability Services at S&P Global, in recognition of the company’s performance in the 2025 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
The company earned a CSA score of 68 out of 100, securing its place among the world’s sustainability leaders in the Real Estate Management and Development industry.
