

Defending champion College of Saint Benilde and Colegio de San Juan de Letran renew their rivalry as they open their best-of-three championship series in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Season 101 women’s volleyball tournament on Sunday, 5 April, at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum.
Game 1 is set at 12 p.m., with the Lady Blazers eyeing a fifth straight title against a resurgent Lady Knights squad seeking to reclaim the crown.
Benilde booked its return to the finals after sweeping the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA in the semifinals, 25–18, 26–24, 25–21, behind the efforts of Zam Nolasco, Chenae Basarte, and Cam Bartolome.
Letran, meanwhile, punched its ticket to the championship round after dispatching San Beda University in four sets, 25–18, 25–19, 23–25, 25–21, with Judiel Nitura, Vanessa Sarie, and Lara Mae Silva leading the charge.
Game 2 is scheduled on April 8, while a deciding Game 3, if necessary, will be played on 10 April.
In the men’s division, Mapúa University and Benilde will also square off in their own best-of-three finals series beginning 5 April.
