SAN LUIS, AURORA — The Province of Aurora held the 10th Provincial Organic Agriculture Congress on 6–7 November 2025 at the Municipal Gymnasium of San Luis. The event brought together farmers, agricultural practitioners, stakeholders, and local government representatives to promote sustainable agriculture in the province.

Organized by the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPAg) under Provincial Agriculturist Arnold V. Novicio, together with the Provincial Veterinary Office (PVO), the two-day congress served as a platform for knowledge exchange, technology distribution, and discussions on policies supporting organic farming in Aurora.

With the theme “Isang Dekada ng Pagbabago at Pagtatatag ng Sektor ng Organikong Pagsasaka sa Aurora,” the congress highlighted ten years of progress in positioning organic agriculture as a key driver of food security, environmental protection, and rural livelihoods.

The collaboration between OPAg and PVO reinforced Aurora’s commitment to a healthier environment, a stronger agricultural sector, and responsible use of natural resources, guiding the province toward a sustainable future.
