Following the series of volcanic quakes at Mount Kanlaon in Negros, Philippine Airlines has issued a travel advisory.
In a social media post on Tuesday, the airline announced that several inbound and outbound flights to and from Bacolod City have been affected.
According to Philippine Airlines, affected passengers may rebook on another flight within 60 days from the original travel date, subject to seat availability in the same booking class or higher within the same cabin class. Another option is to convert the ticket to travel credits equivalent to the unused base fare, with a validity of one year from the date of issuance. Passengers may also opt to refund their ticket without penalties, excluding the ticketing service charge.
