Hotel101-Madrid has topped off its 680-room development just 11 months after breaking ground, with full completion on track by December 2025.
Located in Valdebebas, the hotel will rank among the five largest in Madrid by room count and stands near key locations such as the Valdebebas train station, IFEMA convention center, Real Madrid’s training complex, and the Madrid Barajas International Airport.
This marks a major step for Hotel101, the global brand under Filipino entrepreneurs Injap Sia and Tony Tan Caktiong, as it launches its first project in Europe.
The company’s growth strategy is anchored on a standardized room format and digital platform aimed at delivering efficiency and scalability across international markets.
With Madrid as the starting point, Hotel101 is setting its sights on 25 other countries, including the United States, Singapore, Australia, Japan, and France.
The brand's broader goal is to operate one million rooms across more than 100 countries, pushing forward its vision to become a leading name in global hospitality.
