While fans were delighted by her transformation, many also began speculating whether the change was linked to a possible pregnancy. On Instagram, followers flooded the comments section, asking if Rivera and her husband, Dingdong Dantes, were expecting their third child.

In a 2018 social media post by veteran columnist Lolit Solis, she recalled a humorous remark from Marian Rivera about how to tell if she’s pregnant.
