CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Eight individuals facing charges ranging from theft to rape and robbery were arrested Tuesday, September 15, as Bulacan police carried out coordinated manhunt operations across six towns and cities.

Arrests were made in San Jose del Monte, Pandi, San Rafael, Sta. Maria, and Norzagaray, as well as by the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, according to reports from the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).

Cases involved also include violations of the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act and Republic Act 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act).

All eight are now in police custody and undergoing proper documentation prior to court proceedings.

Col. Jay B. Baybayan, acting Bulacan police director, said intensified operations against wanted persons will continue as part of efforts to maintain peace and order in the province.

He also called on the public to share information that could help locate and arrest those facing criminal accountability.
