A fire that broke out at Manila City Hall early Wednesday was declared fire out at 6:21 a.m., according to the Bureau of Fire Protection.
The blaze reached first alarm at 5:57 a.m. and was placed under control at 6:15 a.m. before being declared fire out six minutes later.
Responding units from the Intramuros Fire Station, Manila Fire District and local volunteer fire brigades helped contain the blaze.
