  • China Bank Savings (CBS) is bringing home financing assistance closer to Filipino families through its partnership with Property Company of Friends Inc. (ProFriends), giving prospective homeowners a more convenient way to process their housing loan applications.

The two companies recently held an onsite home loan processing activity at Lancaster New City in Cavite, where about 30 individuals and families received assistance from CBS housing loan specialists.

    Kasalan ng Bayan

Held in the spirit of “Kasalan ng Bayan,” the activity allowed prospective buyers to complete loan requirements while getting guidance on financing options, helping simplify a process that can often be a major hurdle for first-time homeowners.

“We wanted to bring our financial services closer to aspiring homeowners and help make the transition from renting to owning more seamless. We want buyers to feel empowered, informed, and confident that homeownership is an achievable milestone, not an intimidating hurdle,” said Mary Joy L. Mariano, Division head of the CBS Housing Loans Division.

Applications processed during the event will still undergo the bank’s standard credit evaluation and approval procedures.

The partnership combines ProFriends’ residential property offerings with CBS’ home financing services, allowing prospective buyers to access property information and loan assistance in one venue.

    Makes financing process easier

Eloisa S. Craw, head of the Client Relations Group of ProFriends, said the collaboration aims to make the financing process easier for Filipino families.

“Our partnership with China Bank Savings helps make home financing simpler and easier for Filipino families to understand. By bringing loan assistance directly to prospective homeowners, we can provide a more seamless and less stressful application experience,” Craw said.

CBS offers home loans with competitive interest rates and flexible fixing periods, alongside other retail banking products nationwide.
