China Bank Savings (CBS) has reopened its Automatic Payroll Deduction (APD) Lending Center in Malolos City, strengthening its presence in Bulacan as it expands access to financing for teachers and other salary loan clients.
The upgraded facility, now located at 91 Paseo del Congreso Road, Barangay Catmon, Malolos City, is designed to provide faster, more convenient and customer-focused banking services as part of the bank’s continuing investment in modernizing its branch network.
Long-term commitment
The reopening underscores CBS’ long-term commitment to serving the education sector, where its APD Salary Loan Program has been providing financing solutions to teachers for more than five years.
“The reopening of our Malolos Catmon APD Lending Center reflects our continuing commitment to invest in facilities and services that make banking more convenient, accessible and responsive to the needs of our clients. We remain grateful for the trust of our educator-partners and will continue delivering financial solutions that help improve their lives,” said Niel C. Jumawan, first vice president and head of the APD Lending Group.
Strategy to enhance customer experience
CBS said the renovated lending center forms part of its broader strategy to enhance customer experience by bringing banking services closer to communities while improving service efficiency through upgraded facilities.
The bank said the move also supports its efforts to strengthen customer engagement by offering a more modern and comfortable environment for teachers and other APD clients.
As one of the country’s leading providers of salary loans for educators, CBS continues to expand its nationwide APD network while deepening its partnership with the Philippine education sector.
