The actress collaborated with emerging Filipino designer Emanuel Riñoza to transform the embroidered heirloom into a contemporary SONA ensemble while preserving the character of its original craftsmanship.

The updated design featured intricate hand-sewn floral embellishments and delicate beadwork fashioned from leftover fabric, giving new life to a timeless piece through sustainable design and Filipino creativity.
