A 53-year-old provincial fugitive wanted for rape and child abuse was arrested during a targeted warrant service early Saturday morning along the NAIA Service Road in Pasay City.
The accused faces long standing criminal proceedings in northern Luzon and was apprehended on the strength of two active judicial mandates.
The arrest transpired around 1:50 a.m. along the NAIA Road Service Road in Barangay 192, Pasay City. Local station intelligence elements tracked the suspect to the area before closing in to serve the warrants.
The arrested individual was identified as alias Duque, 53, an unemployed married man native of Cabatuan, Isabela. He maintains a temporary residence along Barangay 192, Pasay City, and a provincial address at Naguilian, Isabela.
The accused is officially documented on the law enforcement roster as a most wanted person.
He will be turned over to the warrant and subpoena section of the Pasay City Police Station for booking documentation prior to his formal commitment and return to the court of origin in Isabela.
