Ever since actress Kyline Alcantara broke up with her boyfriend of less than a year, Kobe Paras, last April, she has been traveling — and she brings with her a “friend.”
Especially when she is sick, she brings this “friend” with her — Fisherman’s Friend lozenges for sore throat to be exact; alongside a nasal spray. These were what’s inside her bag when DAILY TRIBUNE asked her for its contents at a recent exclusive interview at the recent launch of accessories and bags label LYN in SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
Kyline, one of the brand’s invited guests, said that for Christmas, all she wants is “good health,” especially since she is going to travel again to probably New York or Abu Dhabi. At the time of the interview, she just came from shows in Italy, New York and Canada.
Also for Christmas, she is eyeing an “elegant, chic and fun” bag “with many pockets” and “spaces.”
“Maraming space! Puwede mong ilagay ang lahat ng pasensya mo rito kasi kailangan natin n’yan! (Many spaces! You could put all your patience here because we need a lot of those!)” she quipped while inspecting one of the small LYN bags with many pockets and spaces that she likes.
“It really depends on your mood. If you want to go to the beach, if you want to do a sporty look, if you want to be fun. For different situations, have a travel bag, a beach bag, and something fun in a bag, and all of those are in the collection,” she said.
Instead of boyfriends, Kyline goes for collecting bags because not only are these functional, but also “good investments” especially if they are heritage brands like Prada, Hermes and Chanel.
