The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 1,554 out of 3,808 examinees passed the Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination, while 84 out of 159 passed the Certified Plant Mechanics Computer-Based Licensure Examination given in various testing centers across the country this August 2025.
For the Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination, John Kerwin Noche Enriquez of Batangas State University-Alangilan topped the list with a rating of 92.60 percent, followed closely by Marjun Bustamante Espinosa of the University of Mindanao-Davao City with 92.30 percent. Haries Villena Sayaboc of the University of Cebu ranked third with 91.10 percent.
In the Certified Plant Mechanics Computer-Based Licensure Examination, Ace Roldan Moraña Legardo of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College-Nabua took the top spot with an 87.75-percent rating, followed by Christian Bajo De Guzman of Isabela State University-Echague with 84.20 percent, and Dave Vincent Pastrana Alegre of Capiz State University-Main Campus with 80.05 percent.
The oathtaking schedule for the successful examinees will be announced at a later date. For initial registration, passers are advised to visit the PRC’s official website and follow the outlined procedures.
