Authorities seized more than P200,000 worth of suspected illegal drugs during a buy-bust operation in Malabon City.
The operation led to the arrest of a 34-year-old man suspected of being a drug pusher. It was conducted along Industria Street, Barangay Tugatog, Malabon City.
Recovered from the suspect were approximately 35 grams of the suspected illegal substance and the marked buy-bust money.
The suspect will be charged with violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
In Navotas City, a 30-year-old man suspected of peddling illegal drugs was arrested during a buy-bust operation in Navotas City.
The suspect, identified by the alias Jomar, was apprehended along Gov. A. Pascual Street.
Authorities recovered more than 10 grams of suspected illegal drugs valued at over P70,000, along with the buy-bust money.
He will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
