Police arrested two individuals on Saturday during a buy-bust operation in Bagong Silang, North Caloocan, seizing at least 61 grams of suspected shabu worth P414,000.
According to the Caloocan City Police, the suspects, identified as 35-year-old "Grace" and 49-year-old "Rey," a construction worker, were apprehended in Barangay 180.
Authorities recovered the suspected drugs, which were contained in two transparent plastic sachets and two medium heat-sealed sachets, and confiscated counterfeit money used in the buy-bust transaction.
Both suspects face charges under Republic Act No. 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
