Tagle to lead Vatican mass as Pope recovers

Filipino Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle will preside over Mass at St. Peter’s Square on Wednesday as Pope Leo XIV recovers from lung surgery.
The celebration will bring together Church leaders, married couples and experts, with prayers offered for the pontiff’s health and for families.
Tagle, pro-prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization, was recently named the first Asian dean of the College of Cardinals.
