  • Police arrested the Las Piñas City Police Station’s No. 4 most wanted person during the implementation of arrest warrants in Barangay Talon 1 on Friday morning.

    The suspect, identified only as alias Gio, 27, unemployed and a resident of Del Nor Subdivision in Barangay Talon 1, was apprehended at around 8:30 a.m. along Neptune Street.

    Personnel of the Las Piñas City Police Station’s warrant and subpoena section served the warrants issued by the Las Piñas City Family Court Branch 2.

    The warrants stemmed from Criminal Case Nos. 26-0850 and 26-0851 for statutory acts of lasciviousness and statutory rape by sexual assault, respectively.

    The court set bail at P180,000 for the statutory acts of lasciviousness case and P200,000 for the statutory rape by sexual assault case.

    Following his arrest, the suspect was brought to the Las Piñas City Police Station custodial facility, where he remains detained pending the issuance of a commitment order by the court.
