As a member of the new generation of young actors, Tate Myron believes that success isn't just about what happens in front of the camera. For him, taking care of his physical and mental well-being is just as important as delivering his best performance.

The rising actor shared how health and wellness have become essential pillars of his career, especially amid the demands of filming, public appearances, travel, and training.

"Health and wellness are honestly the foundation of everything I do as an actor. When your schedule is unpredictable and you’re constantly moving between shoots, appearances, travel, and training, you really learn that you can’t perform at your best unless you take care of yourself first.

"For me, it’s not just about fitness. It’s also about rest, mental health, and finding balance. Even small habits like eating properly, staying hydrated, and making time to reset mentally makes a big difference in how I show up on set.

"I think in this generation, we’re more aware that success isn’t just about working harder, but also about working sustainably. That’s something I really try to live by, especially in my career as a young actor."

Myron also shared that joining a brand that has previously collaborated with some of Asia's biggest celebrities is both an honor and an opportunity. Rather than comparing himself with previous ambassadors, he hopes to bring his own story and personality to the partnership.

"I feel very honored to be part of a brand that has worked with such respected and iconic names in the region. For me, it’s not about trying to match anyone else, but about being real to who I am and what I represent as an actor.

"I think what I can bring into this partnership is my own story such as my background, my journey, and how I approach my craft in a very honest and grounded way. I’ve always believed that audiences connect more deeply when you’re not trying to be someone else, but simply showing up as yourself.

"So I hope I can contribute a more personal and relatable energy to the brand, especially for younger audiences who are also figuring out their own paths in life. At the end of the day, I see this as a collaboration where I can grow with the brand while staying true to who I am."

The actor also reflected on the values that guide his career, saying they are centered on growth, discipline, and self-belief.

"I think the values I share most with IAM Worldwide are really centered on growth, discipline, and self-belief. It’s a brand that encourages people to invest in themselves and to keep improving, even in small ways every day and that’s something I personally try to live by as well.

"As an actor, I’ve learned that there are no shortcuts to building something meaningful. It takes consistency, patience, and a willingness to keep learning. I see that same mindset in IAM Worldwide: the idea that success is built through habits, not just spur of the moment.

"I also appreciate how the brand speaks to today’s youth in a very positive and empowering way. It’s about encouraging people to take ownership of their lives and to believe that they can create their own opportunities. That message really resonates with me."

Despite balancing acting projects, media commitments, and travel, Myron said discipline begins with having a clear purpose and staying committed to simple daily habits.

"I think discipline, for me, comes from having a clear sense of purpose. When your schedule is constantly changing (filming, travel, press) you don’t always have control over your time, so you learn to be very intentional with the time you do have.

"I try to keep simple routines that ground me, even when I’m in different places. It could be training when I can, making sure I rest properly, or just being mindful about what I eat and how I prepare for the day ahead. It’s not about being perfect, but about being consistent with the basics.

"I also think consistency is mental. You have to stay focused on why you’re doing what you do, especially when things get tiring. For me, it’s about showing up prepared and giving my best, whether it’s on set or in public appearances."

For Myron, building a lasting career goes beyond talent. He believes that staying healthy, embracing authenticity, and remaining consistent are the foundations of both personal and professional growth.
