Seven suspects were arrested in a raid on a suspected drug den at 5th Street, Madapdap Resettlement, Barangay Dapdap, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, on 18 February 2026.
According to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3, the operation led to the arrest of alias Negra, a 30-year-old woman who was targeted by authorities.
The suspect was arrested along with alias Nick, male, 45 years old; alias Obet, male, 22 years old; alias Epoy, male, 23 years old; alias Win, male, 20 years old; alias MJ, female, 30 years old; and alias Isah, female, 50 years old.
The operating team recovered four transparent plastic sachets containing roughly nine grams of suspected illegal drugs worth P61,200, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money used by the undercover agent.
The apprehended suspects will be temporarily detained at the PDEA Region 3 jail facility, while the confiscated illegal drugs will be forwarded to the PDEA laboratory section.
The operation was conducted through a collaborative effort between the PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office, the PDEA Region 3 Special Enforcement Team, and the local police.
Negra will face non-bailable charges under Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) and Section 6 (maintenance of a drug den, dive, or resort) of Republic Act 9165. Appropriate charges under the same law will be filed against the six other arrested suspects.
