Cebu Pacific has launched a limited-time international travel promotion in partnership with the Department of Tourism and the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu Inc., offering discounted airfares and hotel packages under its “Happy Starts in Cebu” campaign.
The initiative aims to position Cebu as a key gateway for international travelers visiting the Philippines in 2026, with Cebu Pacific serving as the exclusive airline partner.
Under the promotion, the airline is offering discounted one-way fares from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong to Cebu. The seat sale runs until 31 January 2026, with a travel period from 1 February to 31 July 2026.
As part of the campaign, passengers who book Cebu Pacific’s direct international flights to Cebu are also eligible to purchase a hotel package that includes a two-night stay with breakfast for two, plus one free night with breakfast, at participating Cebu hotels and resorts. The accommodation offer is available for purchase until 31 January 2026, with stays valid from 1 February to 30 August 2026, subject to availability.
Participating properties include major hotels and resorts in Cebu and Mactan, such as Shangri-La Mactan Cebu, Radisson Blu Cebu, Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu, NUSTAR Resort Cebu, Crimson Resort & Spa, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, and JPark Island Resort and Waterpark, among others.
The promotion supports the DOT’s “Visit Cebu” campaign launched in December 2025, marking what the airline said is the first partnership of its kind between Cebu Pacific and the tourism department to boost Cebu’s international arrivals.
Cebu Pacific said travelers availing of the Fly and Stay offer must book accommodation vouchers in advance and present both the voucher and their boarding pass upon hotel check-in.
More details on the promo mechanics are available through Cebu Pacific’s official platforms.
