Two former members of a Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) voluntarily surrendered to authorities at the Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) headquarters in Barangay Sampaloc, San Rafael, Bulacan on 5 January 2026.
According to Acting Force Commander Police Major Michael M. Santo, the two were identified as Ka Jaguar, a 61-year-old tricycle driver, and Ka Clowie, a 46-year-old tricycle driver. Both are residents of Pandi Village 2, Barangay Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan.
The two were identified as members of the NAAC/Kadamay group and surrendered one Remington shotgun with serial number 450141, along with five live rounds of ammunition.
They are currently under the constructive custody of the 2nd PMFC, Bulacan Police Provincial Office, for proper documentation and the preparation of a Custodial Debriefing Report. Authorities said the process aims to gather information that may be used in planning and conducting further law enforcement operations.
