Solaire Resort Entertainment City, through its corporate social responsibility arm Solaire Cares, conducted a Christmas donation drive in Parañaque City, delivering boxes of essential items to schools and community institutions as part of its “Hope in Every Box” initiative.
The drive was made possible through the volunteer efforts of Solaire team members, who packed boxes containing school supplies, hygiene kits, and Noche Buena food items such as pasta sauce, noodles, fruit cocktail, and cheese. The donations were distributed to public elementary schools, a home for the aged, and the Parañaque City Jail.
Volunteer team members personally joined the distribution activities, visiting Don Galo Elementary School, San Dionisio Elementary School, and La Huerta Elementary School, where they interacted with students and school staff during the turnover.
Solaire also extended the donation drive to Bahay Kalinga, a home for the aged, and to the Parañaque City Jail, reaching beneficiaries of varying ages and circumstances during the holiday season.
A similar “Hope in Every Box” donation drive was carried out by Solaire Resort North, which distributed aid to communities in Quezon City.
“The holiday season is a time for giving, and through Hope in Every Box, we are reminded of the power of kindness and compassion. Our team members have shown that even the smallest acts of generosity can make a big difference in the lives of others. This initiative reflects Solaire’s commitment to creating meaningful connections and spreading hope, one box at a time,” said Sarci Razon, vice president for HR Strategic Development and Special Projects for the Metro Manila region.
