

Four suspects were arrested while P142,800 worth of suspected shabu were seized during a buy-bust operation at Barangay Saguing in Dinalupihan, Bataan, on 18 November 2025.
According to a report sent to Bataan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) Provincial Director Police Col. Marites A. Salvadora, operatives of the Bataan PPDEU (lead unit), Dinalupihan MPS SDEU, Bataan PIU, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Bataan Office, PDEA Sea Interdiction Unit RO-3, and W2–5FW, Philippine Air Force conducted the operation.
The operation resulted in the arrest of four individuals and the confiscation of several plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 21 grams.
The arrested suspects are now under the custody of the Dinalupihan MPS, and charges for alleged violations of Sections 5, 11, 13, 14, and 15, Article II of Republic Act 9165 are set to be filed against them.
Salvadora said the arrest and seizure form part of ongoing efforts to protect the community—especially the youth—from the dangers of illegal drugs.
She emphasized that the Bataan PNP will continue to pursue individuals involved in illegal drug activities and intensify operations to prevent the spread of illicit substances across the province.
The Bataan police also encouraged the public to support anti-drug and anti-crime campaigns to help protect the people of Bataan.
