Among the most active stocks early in the session were DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (PLUS), Monde Nissin Corporation (MONDE), and Ayala Corporation (AC). PLUS declined by 2.50 percent to P35.10, while MONDE gained 2.66 percent to P8.11. AC slid 1.46 percent to P609.00.
LODE, or Lodestar Investment Holdings Corporation, led early advancers with a sharp 49.59 percent jump to P0.365. PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. (PHR) rose 20.55 percent to P0.176, while Citystate Savings Bank, Inc. (CSB) advanced 19.82 percent to P13.18.
On the downside, Prime Media Holdings, Inc. (PRIM) dropped 15.88 percent to P1.43. Zeus Holdings, Inc. (ZHI) lost 15.12 percent to P0.073, and Steniel Manufacturing Corporation (STN) slipped 7.04 percent to P1.85.
