On 5 July 2025, the Philippine Arena roared to life — not with fireworks, but with the energy of over 30,000 fans gathered for Puregold’s OPM Con 2025. More than just a concert, the sold-out event became a major cultural celebration and a milestone moment for Original Pilipino Music.
Headlined by top local artists such as SB19, BINI, James Reid, Flow G, G22, KAIA, Skusta Clee, and SunKissed Lola, the show drew crowds from all over the country and even abroad. Tickets were snapped up quickly, underscoring Puregold’s growing influence in the music and entertainment space.
“We’ve always believed that our relationship with our customers extends far beyond the checkout counter,” said Ivy Hayagan-Piedad, Puregold’s Senior Marketing Manager. “Through Puregold OPM Con 2025, we aimed to create a massive, unforgettable celebration of Filipino music, talent, and identity —and we’re proud to have achieved that.”
The venue buzzed from start to finish with performances that had fans singing and dancing in sync. Attendees included a wide mix of everyday concertgoers, influencers, and celebrities — all brought together by their love for OPM.
Thanks to Puregold’s nationwide ticket redemption program, fans came from as far as Mindanao and Northern Luzon, while others flew in from neighboring countries and the UAE — highlighting OPM’s global reach.
VIP ticket holders also got early access to a special soundcheck party, while sponsors like Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Lucky Me!, Alaska, Jack ‘n Jill, Cream Silk, Colgate, and Del Monte provided giveaways that gave the night a fun, festival-like atmosphere.
Among the evening’s most talked-about acts were James Reid and BINI. Reid delivered a smooth and soulful performance of “Di Bale” in a brown suede top and vintage pants, captivating the crowd with his signature laid-back style.
The highlight came when BINI joined Reid on stage for their collaboration “Secrets”, sending the crowd into a frenzy. The all-girl group then launched into a medley of their hits “Karera,” “Cherry On Top,” and “Pantropiko”, each greeted with loud cheers and full-on singalongs from their devoted BLOOMs fanbase.
Both artists expressed gratitude to Puregold and their fans, emphasizing their continued support for Filipino music both locally and internationally.
The rest of the evening featured high-energy sets from SB19, SunKissed Lola, Flow G, Skusta Clee, G22, and KAIA — each adding their own flair to an already star-studded event. The variety of genres and styles showcased the breadth and depth of today’s OPM.
“Puregold is committed to building meaningful experiences for the communities we serve,” Piedad added. “This concert was our way of giving back—to uplift and celebrate what makes us uniquely Filipino.”
OPM Con 2025 didn’t just entertain — it raised the bar for music events in the Philippines. With strong performances, fan engagement, and a seamless production, it marked a major win for local artists and fans alike. More importantly, it proved that OPM continues to thrive — not just at home, but on the world stage.
