After a stellar Olympic campaign in 2024, Filipino gymnastics icon Carlos Yulo made a triumphant return to international competition at the 2025 Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Asian Championships — delivering a performance filled with grace, grit, and gold.
Yulo took to Instagram to share a message reflecting on his comeback journey.
“This comeback is personal — it’s only by grace, and with faith, patience, and the right people around you, everything finds its way back,” he wrote, capturing the emotional depth of his return after a brief hiatus.
Yulo didn’t disappoint. He claimed gold in the floor exercise and added three bronze medals in the vault, parallel bars, and individual all-around events — reaffirming his status as one of Asia’s premier gymnasts.
