Filipino-Australian actress and Kapamilya host Anne Curtis recently reunited with South Korean actor Park Bo-gum at the global premiere of his latest drama series, Good Boy, held in Bangkok, Thailand, on 31 May.
The two first met in Manila when Curtis hosted Park Bo-gum's fan meeting in 2019.
During the Bangkok premiere, Curtis interviewed Park Bo-gum about his new series.
Good Boy is an action-comedy series centered on a group of medal-winning athletes who are recruited as police officers to fight crime.
The story follows international medalists who chose to become police officers through Olympic special recruitment. Instead of medals around their necks, they now wear police IDs as they confront corruption and injustice. The K-drama introduces an "Olympic Avengers" squad — a unique team using their athletic skills to combat violent crime.
Park Bo-gum plays Yoon Dong-ju, a former elite boxer who undergoes extensive training to prepare for the role.
Curtis attended the premiere alongside fellow It’s Showtime host Karylle. Both are known for being avid fans of Korean dramas.
