SM City Bataan turned into a vibrant hub of creativity and culinary delights over the weekend, hosting the Sining Balangueño Art Exhibit and Pistang Balangueño Food Fest in celebration of Pistang Balangueño.
Held on 26 April 2025, the Sining Balangueño Art Exhibit showcased the talent of local artists at the SM City Bataan Event Center. Around 100 visitors attended the exhibit, which featured a range of paintings that highlighted the rich artistic heritage and cultural spirit of the Balangueño community.
The celebration continued the following day with the Pistang Balangueño Food Fest, where shoppers enjoyed a showcase of the province’s culinary offerings. Local food brands including Makiramen, Chedeng's Snack Bar, and Kohi Manju participated in the festival, treating mall-goers to free samples of their signature dishes.
The two-day event drew a strong turnout from both art and food enthusiasts, offering a glimpse into Bataan’s thriving creative and culinary scenes.
SM City Bataan's weekend festivities aimed to honor and support the local community, making Pistang Balangueño not just a celebration of tradition, but a platform for emerging talents and businesses to shine.
