CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Over 1,000 Pampanga farmers received a much-needed boost last Tuesday with the distribution of over ₱1 million in financial assistance through the Presidential Assistance to Farmers, Fisherfolk, and their Families program.
Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda led the distribution, where 1,090 farmers from various towns received checks.
Vice Governor Pineda noted that this represents the first batch of aid for the year, following two previous distributions in 2024.
Governor Pineda expressed gratitude to President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos for extending national government programs to Pampanga and increasing the number of beneficiaries. He emphasized the provincial government’s continued prioritization of agricultural development and farmer support.
