The Commission on Elections announced that the voter registration period will officially commence on 12 February and run through to 30 September 2024.
Eligible Filipinos can register to vote at the Election Officer’s Office or satellite registration sites in their vicinity every Monday to Saturday including holidays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
However, registrations will be suspended from 28 to 30 March 2024 for the observance of Holy Week.
Registrants need to fill out application form available at the Election Officer’s Office and the Comelec website and must also present one of the following government-issued identification cards ID bearing their signature like National ID, Postal ID Card, PWD ID Card, Student’s ID Card, Driver’s License, NBI Clearance, Philippine Passport, SSS Multi-purpose ID Card, and any other government-issued valid ID.
