The agency attributed the performance to reforms under its 8-Point Agenda, which include streamlining regulatory processes, digitizing systems and strengthening homebuyer protection.
“By strengthening our policies, we further streamline the regulatory processes. However, faster processing does not mean weaker regulation. We remain committed to balancing the interest of all stakeholders, including protection of homebuyers,” Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling said.
DHSUD said it also reviewed its processes to identify workflow bottlenecks and improve operations.
