A mother and her two children were found dead inside a vehicle at an abandoned lot at Barangay Talacsan in the town of San Rafael, Bulacan on 20 August 2026.

According to the San Rafael Municipal Police Station, the vehicle was found around 2pm in the afternoon of the said date and was immediately reported to the police.

Initial investigation revealed that the bodies of a 31-year-old mother, and a nine-year-old and four-year-old children were found at the rear end of the multi-purpose vehicle (MPV).

The San Rafael Municipal Police Station' Scene of the Crime Operatives are currently conducting an investigation on Friday.
