MEMBERSHIP is offered to eligible buyers of the BMW 7 Series, i7, X7 and XM.
BMW Philippines has introduced the BMW Excellence Club, an ownership program for buyers of the 7 Series, i7, X7 and XM.
Membership is available to customers who purchased and took delivery of any of the four models from 5 June 2026. The program gives members access to services related to travel, vehicle care and BMW events.
One of the main benefits is a complimentary airport limousine transfer with Fast Lane access at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Members may also receive priority invitations to private dining activities, BMW vehicle premieres and selected lifestyle events. Offers from the automaker’s partner brands will be included as well.
The club also covers some of the less glamorous parts of owning and maintaining a vehicle. BMW will collect a member’s car from home for scheduled servicing and return it afterward. Cleaning and polishing services are also available through BMW Car Spa specialists.
These services place much of the attention on convenience, especially among owners who may not have time to bring their vehicle to a dealership or arrange their own airport transfer. They also give BMW another way to stay in touch with customers after a car leaves the showroom.
Michael Rosario, general manager of SMC Asia Car Distributor Corp., said the program combines customer service with lifestyle privileges. He added that the relationship between BMW and its customers should extend past the vehicle itself.
“The BMW Excellence Club is more than an ownership program. It embodies our commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences for our most valued customers,” Rosario said.
The BMW 7 Series and its fully electric i7 counterpart sit at the top of the brand’s sedan range, while the X7 serves as its largest sport utility vehicle. The XM, meanwhile, is a high-performance plug-in hybrid SUV developed by BMW M. The club is currently limited to buyers of these four models.
BMW Philippines plans to add more benefits in the coming months through partnerships with luxury and lifestyle brands. Details of the additional privileges have yet to be announced.
Eligible customers may ask their nearest BMW dealership about membership and the services currently available. The distributor did not state whether owners who bought the same models before June 5 may join separately or whether the program will later cover other BMW vehicles.
