Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland gets a circus-theatre treatment in Cirque Alice, a two-hour production that combines circus artistry with theatrical storytelling.
The Manila premiere features aerialists, acrobats, contortionists, puppetry, musical and comedic artists, plus newly arranged remixes of classical favourites.
Produced by Simon Painter and Tim Lawson, the show combines athleticism, music, imagination and visual spectacle with larger-than-life characters and imaginative set pieces for a journey into Wonderland.
Creative Producer Simon Painter said Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland provides “the perfect canvas for an extraordinary cirque production,” while Executive Producer Tim Lawson described Cirque Alice as “spectacular entertainment that dazzles audiences of all ages.”
The creative team includes Creative Directors Ash Jacks McCready and Kirsty Painter, choreographer Dane Bates, costume designer Angela Aaron, lighting designer Hugo Mercier, and musical arrangers Martin Raabe-Olsen and Marius Christiansen.
Presented by GMG Productions in association with Tim Lawson and Simon Painter, Cirque Alice runs 16–25 October 2026 at The Theatre at Solaire.
