Known for its heritage sites, cultural landmarks, and proximity to some of Northern Luzon's most iconic attractions, Laoag City in Ilocos Norte has welcomed a couple of exciting new additions that add more vibrancy to its growing landscape.
Rising along the city's coastline is the 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown, Megaworld's newest township development that is set to introduce new tourism, lifestyle, residential, and commercial experiences to Ilocos Norte.
Located near Fort Ilocandia Hotel and the Laoag International Airport, Ilocandia Coastown is envisioned as a mixed-use beachside destination where leisure, hospitality, business, and residential components come together in one master-planned community. Central to the township’s current development phase is Ilocandia Beach Village, Megaworld’s first residential development within its Ilocos Norte township. Occupying 19.4 hectares of prime master-planned land along the beach, Ilocandia Beach Village also features sprawling, lush parks and its own two-story modern clubhouse with amenities like a swimming pool, function hall, fitness gym, and more.
