Cheers echoed through the streets of Isulan as Chelsea Fernandez, Miss Cosmo 2025 Runner-Up, returned to her hometown to a hero’s welcome filled with pride, gratitude, and emotion.
Local leaders led the warm reception, with the vice mayor and municipal councilors personally welcoming Chelsea as supporters lined the roads, waving and celebrating the young woman who brought national—and international—attention to Sultan Kudarat. From excited chants to heartfelt smiles, the homecoming felt less like a parade and more like a collective embrace from a community proud of one of its own.
The festive motorcade began at the Isulan Municipal Hall, passed through the bustling Isulan Roundabout, and culminated at the Provincial Capitol of Sultan Kudarat—each stop marked by louder cheers and growing crowds. For many Sultan Kudarateños, the moment was a reminder that Chelsea’s journey is not hers alone, but one shared with the town that raised her.
