Atong Ang possibly out of country since December 2025 — Patidongan

Missing sabungeros whistleblower Dondon Patidongan said Charlie “Atong” Ang may take some time before turning himself in to authorities.

In a radio interview, Patidongan said Ang may have been out of the country since December 2025. He added that Ang is no ordinary individual and belongs to an international group.

Patidongan recalled that when they were hiding from authorities, they were kept within the premises of Ang’s property, particularly in an almost isolated subdivision.

He also said that, based on his knowledge of Ang, if he wants something to happen or a plan to push through, he does not rely on anyone else.

Patidongan added that if Ang is still in the country, he may be hiding in exclusive subdivisions he owns or staying with people he trusts.

For now, Patidongan said they are in a secure condition. He also called on the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) to fulfill the wishes of his siblings and himself.
