The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) hosted the maiden edition of "Executive Insights: A CEO Dialogue on Going Public" on October 20, 2025 at the PSE Museum. C-suite executives of 17 private companies under the PSE Listing Engagement and Assistance Program (LEAP) attended the event.
C-suite Conversations is designed to build confidence and inspire LEAP-enrolled companies through direct engagement with a selected listed company champion.
For its inaugural run, D&L Industries, Inc.'s (DNL) Alvin Lao was the featured CEO. Mr. Lao talked about the company's history and how becoming a publicly listed company boosted DNL'S transformation into one of the country's leading B2B manufacturing partners operating across diverse supply chains. He also addressed questions from LEAP clients ranging from broaching the idea of doing an initial public offering (IPO) to family members involved in the family business, the timing to do an IPO, to handling share price fluctuations.
The fire side chat was moderated by BPI Capital Corporation President Lester Ong, who also provided his insights and exper take on what it entails to go public.
C-Suite Conversations is one of the initiatives of the Exchange for its PSE LEAP clients. LEAP aims to assist private companies who want to go public by providing them with relevant materials about listing, helping them form an IPO team and connecting them to the right advisers and underwriters
