Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Acting District Director P/Col. Randy Glenn Silvio on Friday, 24 October 2025, said the police will implement a comprehensive security and deployment plan to maintain safety and order during the observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day.

Silvio said personnel from the QCPD, Barangay Tanods, Lingkod Bayan Advocacy Support Groups, Patrolya ng Bayan, security agencies, and the Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) will be deployed. Additional support from the Traffic and Transport Management Department (TTMD) and Task Force Disiplina will help ensure public safety throughout the Undas observance.

Police visibility will be intensified in cemeteries, columbaria, bus terminals, LRT/MRT stations, malls, markets, churches, and other convergence areas. Major deployment sites include Novaliches, Bagbag, and Baesa Cemeteries, which are expected to draw hundreds of thousands of visitors.

To strengthen monitoring, Police Assistance Desks (PADS) will be established in cemeteries and columbaria, while the QCPD Drone Squadron will provide aerial surveillance with live feeds to the Unified Intelligence and Investigation Center (UIIC). Patrols will also be conducted in residential areas to deter theft, robbery, and other crimes.

Silvio reminded the public that weapons, liquor, cigarettes, vapes, gambling paraphernalia, firecrackers, and butane canisters are strictly prohibited. Violators will face charges under existing laws and city ordinances.

Visitors are advised to follow the instructions of authorities, avoid bringing small children to crowded areas, use legitimate public transport, travel light, plan visits early, stay alert, wear facemasks for protection, and observe parking rules as public parking inside cemeteries is prohibited.

“For any suspicious activities or emergencies, the public is urged to contact QC Helpline 122 and E911 for immediate response. Through cooperation and vigilance, we can ensure a safe and solemn Undas 2025 for everyone,” Silvio said.
