In simultaneous police operations across Pampanga, authorities seized more than P1 million worth of suspected shabu on 22 October 2025.
According to Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) Director Police Colonel Eugene M. Marcelo, the coordinated operations throughout the province resulted in multiple arrests and significant law enforcement accomplishments.
In Mabalacat City, joint elements of the SDEU, Mabalacat City Police Station (lead unit), and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office 3 conducted a buy-bust in Barangay Dau.
The operation led to the arrest of two individuals — one classified as a High-Value Individual (HVI) and the other as a Street-Level Individual (SLI) — and the confiscation of approximately 150 grams of suspected shabu valued at around P1,020,000.
In the City of San Fernando, three individuals, including a minor, were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Del Carmen. Approximately three grams of suspected shabu worth P20,400 were seized. The operation was carried out in coordination with PDEA Pampanga.
In Arayat town, police apprehended one suspect in Barangay Buensuceso, recovering one gram of suspected shabu valued at P6,800.
Meanwhile, two separate operations resulted in the arrest of individuals wanted for violations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 (Anti-Bouncing Check Law) and Falsification of Public Documents in Barangays San Jose Mesulo and San Roque Bitas, respectively.
Police personnel also arrested a suspect facing two counts of violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 during an operation in Barangay Pio, Porac.
In Magalang town, a Most Wanted Person (MWP) was apprehended in Barangay San Ildefonso for violating Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
In Mexico town, authorities captured an individual wanted for Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 in Barangay Parian during a joint operation by Mexico MPS and the 2nd Pampanga Mobile Force Company.
