More than P400,000 worth of shabu was seized from three suspects in a drug buy-bust operation in Rodriguez, Rizal, early Monday.
Arrested were alias Tati, alias Taga and alias Yvonne, all residents of Barangay San Isidro, Rodriguez.
The Rodriguez Municipal Police Station’s drug enforcement team apprehended the suspects at about 12:15 a.m. at Southville 8B, Barangay San Isidro.
Confiscated from them were seven heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 70 grams, with a street value of P476,000; P1,000 in buy-bust money; P800 in cash; a pouch; identification cards; and a cigarette box.
The suspects are detained at the Rodriguez police custodial facility and face charges for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
